K-Bias Battle is a free online platform that hosts K-POP ideal type tournament games. Users can play existing tournaments, view leaderboards and rankings, and create their own custom tournaments. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. User Accounts

Creating a tournament requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not impersonate others.

3. User-Generated Content

When creating tournaments, you agree to the following:

• You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• You will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You will not create tournaments that promote hatred or discrimination
• Images used should be publicly available promotional photos of K-POP idols
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

4. Fair Play

To maintain the integrity of our rankings and leaderboards:

• Do not use bots or automated tools to vote in tournaments
• Do not attempt to manipulate rankings through repeated plays
• Do not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Rate limits are enforced to ensure fair participation

5. Intellectual Property

K-Bias Battle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. K-POP idol names, group names, and images belong to their respective entertainment companies and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any K-POP artist content and use publicly available images for fan entertainment purposes.

6. Advertisements

Our service is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdSense. By using our service, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

7. Disclaimer

K-Bias Battle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Tournament results and rankings are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent any official endorsement or ranking of K-POP artists.
