Meetup Checklist

Set your group up before the crowd gets loud

These are DeluSolu coordination tips, not official venue instructions.

1
Choose one main meetup landmarkEveryone should know the same exact landmark before leaving the hotel.
2
Choose one backup regroup pointUse this if anyone gets split off near the densest area.
3
Agree on one message formatShort messages like "At backup point now" work better than long explanations.
4
Do not wait until the crowd thickensMeet earlier and closer to the edge of the area when communication is still easy.
Area Logic

Simple rules that keep groups calmer

These are practical group-planning rules from DeluSolu, not official crowd-control guidance.

Edges are easier than centerYou usually make better decisions before entering the busiest middle zone.
Landmarks beat station namesA visible landmark is easier for a group than saying "near the exit."
Regroup before moving againOnce the group splits, stop and reset instead of improvising while walking.
After-show patience helpsA slightly delayed regroup can be calmer than trying to fight the first wave.
FAQ

Questions groups usually ask

Answers here mix official event facts with DeluSolu meetup guidance.

Where should our group meet first? At a landmark outside the densest crowd, before anyone pushes closer to the main zone.
What if we get split up?Skip live chasing. Move to the agreed backup point and message the group clearly.
Should we meet inside the station?Usually no. Station areas can change quickly, so a visible outdoor landmark is safer.
